• Admission form and exam form fee payments for DCA, PGDCA and other courses.

• Student-related online services and information.

2. Payment Terms

• All payments made through this website are processed via Razorpay Secure Payment Gateway.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in genuine cases like duplicate transactions or technical errors.

• Students are advised to verify all details (enrollment number, name, DOB, course, etc.) before making payment

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refunds will be processed only in case of transaction failure or duplicate payment.

• Refund requests must be raised within 7 working days of payment.

• The decision of Vishwakarma Computers will be final in all refund-related matters.

4. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy. Any information provided during payment (such as name, email, mobile number, or enrollment details) will be used only for academic and financial purposes within Vishwakarma Computers and will not be shared with any unauthorized third party.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vishwakarma Computers is not responsible for:

• Technical issues related to internet connectivity or banking systems.

• Any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from online payment failure due to third-party services.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Vishwakarma Computers, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent payment experience for our students.
Please read the following terms regarding refunds and cancellations:

1. Refunds

• Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  • Payment made twice for the same transaction.

  • Technical error resulting in failure but deduction from the bank account.

• In such cases, students can write to vishwakarmacomputers@gmail.com with their payment details, enrollment number, and proof of transaction.
  
  

2. Cancellation

• Once the payment is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled.

• Requests for correction or update in student details can be made by contacting the institute directly.
  
  

3. Processing Time

• Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after proper verification.

4. Mode of Refund

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account or UPI) used by the student.
